We used this company in July 2025. I do not recommend them. My husband and I did 99% of the work. They showed up at 12pm which they were supposed to be there between 10am-11am. The movers moved 14 boxes total in 2 hours and my husband and I had to do the rest. That is 7 boxes per guy that was working in 2 hours. They did the heavy furniture last. I caught one of the movers repeatedly putting his hands in his pants. Yes. You read that right. Hands in his pants. Grown man too. They were also on their phones so much that they "took breaks" repeatedly and that's why I believe they got that much done in 2 hours. I called Megan and she laughed at the fact that they were on their phones 99% of the time and that their hands were in their pants. She did apologize that we had such a bad exp and to leave a review so that way they could do better in the future but never answered my phone calls after about the damage and neither has corporate. We had to pay them extra to stay later because they were SO SLOW! They were there for 5.5 hours and still didn't get everything out of the apartment, because why? Again, my husband and I did way more work than them. I filled up 2 cars and my husband took everything from the garage and most of the stuff from the apartment in 2 hours. When we moved into the apartment, we had everything upstairs with 2 movers in 1.5 hours in August. Without mine and my husband's help. So I really do not understand the difference in why they were so incapable. There was no final walk through and they left big stuff in the apartment. My son's bed, a giant metal rack, and 18 boxes were left still that could have easily fit into the truck. I have pictures still of the damage and how much room was in the truck still. Megan said that the truck looked full but it definitely was not as there was a lot of empty space that was not utilized properly. Her son sat on his phone and on the furniture covers they were supposed to be using for the furniture. He cut himself and bled ALL over my brand new rocking chair that was cream cloth and it is forever stained. He used 2 furniture covers out of the 12 that we had purchased and we didn't realize it until we opened the truck and they were packed away with other boxes. I don't understand why they were used to fill the empty space. When we moved across country, a LOT of our stuff was broken and plenty of damaged furniture unfortunately. We had to get a new bed frame because of the damage was too extensive to even fix so we had to sleep with our mattress on the floor. There was also SO much more room at the top of the truck and a lot of empty wasted space that could have been utilized instead of us having to purchase another uhaul trailer because of her son's poor packing skills. I have so many pictures and we had the liability but this place and corporate is a joke and doesn't answer. We are big on supporting small businesses but I highly suggest skipping this small business and hiring actual professionals that know what they are doing for the little extra cost.

Christopher did a great job in getting our items moved quickly and into our storage PODS and well within the timeline we allocated. He did such a good job we are using their services for our final move in a couple months.

I highly recommend Maridway Logistics. We hired them to simply unload a UHaul trailer for us; two men for two hours. They were an hour late BUT only because they were rear-ended on the drive to our house. (We saw the damage to their truck.) They could easily have said they were injured or too shook up to work, but they showed up, worked hard, had some laughs, and were done in record time. They were respectful, courteous, overall great young men. Kudos to Maridway for having them as employees.

We moved from Fort Wayne to Dayton and had a lot of stuff to load into a 22' box truck. It would have taken my partner and I many hours to load the truck, and even then, we probably would have loaded it incorrectly with stuff shifting around.
Chris and his brother showed up on-time and had it done in about three hours. Even better, when we got to our destination, we popped open the door to find that nothing had really shifted.
Their expertise and hard work was worth every penny, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, guys!

My experience with Madison logistics movers was wonderful! They arrived on time. They were very friendly, they were very careful with our son's furniture while they were packing the truck. We met them at his apartment, they were very careful with his furniture and every thing else. I have already recommended them to several people.
