After 3 previous very good moves with this company they absolutely let me down this time. I had the truck, blankets and dolly ready at the appointed time and they never showed. Repeated phone calls were unanswered. There are not words to describe the feelings I had. I had one day to get it done and I ended up moving a washer, dryer and fridge by myself. Heavy desk components and most everything else that was not too bulky for me to do alone. I had been assured that the owner would personally be on the job due to our previous moves together. He called me 2 days after my move and left a message of apology. Said he left it in someone elses hands. That would have been fine if he had a least called to check on how the job was going.
I do, however, recommend Hire A Helper. They got another company out within a couple of hours to help me finish the job. I will review Superior Pro Movers separately.

Arrived late. I had several damaged chairs caused by rubbing because they failed to use supplied blankets for protection. Only the lead person was experienced. The other two may have been day laborers and were not careful with my furniture. I would not use again.

The individuals were courtious and worked hard. However, their packing skills were less desirable. As I unloaded my truck, I found out that they did not ensure my items were properly protected, such as glass and furnature. There are scatches and items ruined... They need trainning on properly loading a truck.

I used Busy Bee for unloading a large moving truck. They were on time, extremely friendly and worked very hard. They did not leave a single mark on any walls or furniture and took time to clean the moving truck before leaving. I was so impressed with their effort that when I had a 2nd moving truck arrive 3 days later I called Busy Bee again and was again very impressed with their effort. I would highly recommend this group for any moving job!!

This team arrived just as promised and worked moving the items down from the loft to the barn in a hour and fifteen. Offered to stay and help.with any other help to finish out the 2 hours. They were very careful and I would use again.
