What can a customer expect after booking with you?

The Customer can expect our team to follow up immediately with a confirmation text, and that we will remain in communication with them up to and including the day of the move. We are always available to address any questions or concerns.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

The day of the move, our team will contact you with an ETA. Upon arrival, our crew will do a walk-through with the customer and will then prep the house, the equipment, and begin the loading process. Upon arrival of the unload location, the crew will do a walk-through to get a sense of what boxes and furniture need to go into each room. After the walk-through the crew will begin unloading the truck. Once the truck is empty, the team will begin to reassemble any needed furniture.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

To prepare for moving day, a customer should purge any unwanted items, clean out closets, and have a list of any concerns with any items that need special care, such as antiques, extremely fragile items, etc. All boxes should be properly sealed and any items that can fit into a box should be in a box. USDOT forbids flammable items, items under pressure, or anything containing gasoline (lawnmowers, weedeaters, etc.) from being put onto the move truck.

What types of moves have you handled?

Our team has handled in-state and out-of-state residential moves, as well as office moves. We have moved everything from one-bedroom apartments to 15,000 square foot mansions.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Our new crew members recieve hands-on training from some of the industry's finest. With a combined total of 15+ years of moving experience, we are confident in saying our trainees recieve some of the highest-quality training available. We train each one of our new crew members in our warhouse before they are allowed to touch your belongings.
