Never showed up, never called, never again!

Mover's response:
The time that was agreed on was at 12pm. I got a call at 10:20 am wanting us there. When explained that the time was agreed was at noon, you got upset. at 10:51am you called and said you did not want us to come over because you couldn't wait til the time agreed on.
