I will not do this again. Customer service was all talk and no action. You know what I mean. Next time I will have to make very clear what I want! It is not easy moving ang packing. I have strict time constraints.

We scheduled and confirmed loading assistance weeks in advance, but The RealMcCoy movers did not show up to unload our storage unit. Repeated texts and calls, from us and HireAHelper, were ignored. Because of this, loading was delayed for several hours, we were forced to cancel our out-of-state hotel reservations and most likely we will have to reschedule the unloading assistance at our destination point. However, HireAHelper assisted us in finding other movers who arrived promptly and did a great job in loading our belongings.

We hired The Real McCoy to load our household for a move to Texas. They were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 am. They called at 8:00 and said they were about to leave from a location that was about 1 1/2 hours away so we knew they would be late. Carlos called us at 8:55 (supposed to be there at 9:00) and said they would be coming because someone had the keys to his truck. Completely irresponsible! We touched base with them on Sunday to confirm everything. Don't commit to something if you can't do it. Completely messed up our timing and added unnecessary stress during an already stressful time. Would NEVER recommend The Real McCoy Moving or Carlos.

Carlos and DJ are the definition of efficiency. They arrived on time even though I had to book them last minute and on top of that there was a storm! They were ready to go as soon as I opened the door. They're amazing. I will book them again for sure if I need them in the future as they're extremely hardworking and respectful of you, your time and your stuff. They're super pleasant to work with too. Carlos and his crew did an amazing job unpacking my uhaul and moving me up 3 flights of stairs. They were right on time and very courtious, hard working, and professional. And handled my personal belongings as if it were their own. Super satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again for any future moving, packing, and unpacking needs.
