Matt and Kenny did an excellent job unloading my 26' truck into a 2 storage untis. Trying not to damage ANYTHING. I kept them 2.5 hours over the scheduled job which made them extremely late for their next job. Sorry guys, but they didn't want to leave me without completing the job. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Jon I hope you weren't tooo hard on them.

John and his team were incredibly helpful with suggestions on how to make our pack out go more smoothly and we misjudged the amount of furniture we had and what we ordered in POD size; John's ability to literally put a jig saw puzzle together ensured our valued items were packed properly and fit! I can't say enough good things about Jon and his helper. They were a little early , had 2 wheel truck, tools and were ready to work. After a quick walk through, they got down to business. Placed furniture where we wanted it, put beds together...Jon even kept track of the parts for the king bed that had scattered through out the truck. They were very careful of our items and the house. Boxes not going into house were stacked in the garage in rows so that we could easily get to all of them. The truck was a nightmare to unload because of previous loaders but they never complained and were very pleasant, organized, and professional. I would definitely use Smart Moves again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional to help de-stress their move.

CJ and his partner Pat were amazing! Showed up early, helped nice some furniture from one room to the other before we even unloaded the truck, and aomehow found time to throw the football with my very excited 10 year old son. It was a tough truck packing job with many heavy items including an upright piano. The guys had only one focus....get the job done right. Everything arrived at the destination without damage.

Rent plenty of moving blankets. When you think you have enough, get another dozen. Moving blankets are in expensive to rent from Uhaul. Only $10 a dozen to protect your items.
