Great work. We are extremely happy with the packing, loading and also flexibility of everyone. Ours was a much bigger job than hireahelper realized it would be. Yet everone stayed late and arranged to come back again tomorrow morning. Great professionalism! We appreciate it.

Harris Move helpers were on time, worked hard, and were careful wrapping and carrying our things. However, they arrived with no dolly and no tools, which were supposed to be included at no charge. Further, because the leader had never been in charge of loading before, and his helper was on his first job, there are problems. Boxes clearly marked "fragile", "top load" or "this side up", were stacked at the bottom or middle of the load, or sideways. The tie downs were inadequate. In addition, they placed all the weight on the front of the POD, which concerned us and the POD driver when he came to pick up the container. The POD driver offered to mark the container and his paperwork indicating the unbalanced load, but we are at the mercy of all the lift operators who will handle the container. We are expecting the worst when the POD is delivered.

Harris Move out of The Way did a great job. They were flexible and were able to accommodate an earlier time frame. Very efficient with the move and professional. Would definitely use them again. The overall process was excellent.

The only reason I did not give this company 5 stars is that they were a little late. But once the crew arrived they were hard working and very respectful of my belongings. All my furniture items were carefully wrapped and securely placed in my pod. I'd definitely use Harris Moving Company again!
