I hired movers through the recommendation of the POD service because I can't and don't want to move heavy furniture. After 5 1/2 hours I am left with a majority of the large items we said must go.
No communication unless it was initiated by me. Late on arrival date. I had to provide all of the packing tape which I was not aware of, I knew I had to provide blankets. Of the two workers, one had a bad knee which was complained about the whole time. I felt bad for her but... I hired movers to help with heavy stuff. They were respectful of my belongings but I have a damaged door frame that will need repair before I move. I would not use them again nor recommend their services.

Tony and Jonah worked their butts off for us today. Went over and above the line of duty to helps us. They are worth
every penny of their time. They knew how to dismantle and pack our furniture to fit in our pod. Nice friendly guys!! They never took a break or complained. Just awesome people!

They were on time. However we had to pay for additional time. And it appears part of the reason is that they completely disassembled every piece of a queen bed frame, which was NOT necessary. We had them load a POD that wasn’t even going to be filled, so the frame could have been detached from the headboard and then two pieces loaded in the pod. Instead they unscrewed every single slat of wood. Basically any screw in the bed frame, was taken out. So now we are in another state, unpacking and can not get the bed back together without hours of labor.

On time, respectful of property and packed the truck amazingly well. So well that we only needed one trip to take everything from a storage unit to the new house, where to pack the truck and move it to the storage unit needed two trips. However, it did take about 2 hours longer this time (7 hours compared to 5 hours) for the same job and I paid more this time per hour. Thus I think they could have worked faster.

Tony and Tina were delightful. They arrived early and were very pleasant. Tony is really a workhorse! In past moves (not using PODS or hire a helper) I usually had 3 guys loading a truck and it would take about 3 or 4 hours. For 2 people this took about 4.5 hours, so that is equivalent or even faster. I would definitely want to work with them again.

We hired 2 people to load pods for us. They worked very hard, they were very respectful and they were efficient. We had some heavy furniture and they moved them with no problems. I would recommend this moving labor help.

Once Tony and Tina arrived they worked very hard to get caught up as they got stuck in some traffic on the way to our house and we had to start without them. We had a lot of heavy stone tiles that needed to be organized and crated...it was a dirty and dusty job but they dove right in.
We also moved a few large items (new bath tub and & wood bench) and they were very careful in handling.
They helped turn a seemingly insurmountable task into a successful morning.
