We had two trailers to be loaded. The first trailer and work was fine. But they closed the second trailer when completed without asking us to review the load. After they left, we had to open the 2nd trailer to add some additional items. The second trailer looked like it had been in a rollover accident. All the items were thrown haphazardly, including a lot of fragile marked items. Extremely disappointed we will be filing a damage claim as soon as we arrive to see what is broken. We do have pictures of the trailer if it is possible to post them.

Kevin and Jacob (Jason?) were an excellent team on moving our stuff out of the Pack Rat. They worked fast and showed a lot of respect for us. We even gave them a tip for their hard work. Alex and Jonathon were the team that moved our stuff into the Pack Rat the week prior. They were not as fast but realized later that Jonathan was fairly new. Jonathan called me BOSS and BOSSMAN and that was disturbing me a lot. Jonathan needs to be more like Kevin, Jacob(Jason?), and Alex!! But other than that, we would use them again and would recommend them to others! In fact, I had them give our real estate agent some of their business cards!!
