One of the movers was very pushy. Told me I needed to pay him for 6 blankets. I gave him 6 new blankets in the packages. Told me to go buy tape. I had given him tape and when he got aggressive to me my neighbor went to buy more. At end of move young boy hit my doorway with large table....I saw it done. They just laughed it off. The head person told me he could save me money if I paid him directly....I said no. I was quoted 2 hrs...condo was 1w71 sq ft. It took them much longer. Horrible experience and would never use again. This company has it's own people trying to take money from them. Very stressful situation.

Book these guys before someone else does—Bryce and Jared are phenomenal and we were absolutely thrilled by their professionalism and loading expertise. Watch them work and you’ll quickly realize that they’re undercharging for their services.
Specifically, if you’re doing a DIY container-style move, remember that hiring the best movers isn’t about who can haul the heaviest things around for cheapest. What you get with Bryce and Jared are two people whose experience allows them to layer your container from floor-to-ceiling, efficiently, safely, and brilliantly. Seriously, there wasn’t a square inch of free space left after they stacked up the patchwork tiers of boxes and furniture in our container. If you’ve never loaded a container Tetris-style before, save yourself the aggravation (and potential breakage of items en route) and hire these two.
Bryce and Jared arrived promptly as scheduled (a few minutes early, even) and immediately set to work, not stopping for a second until the locks were placed back on the container. I booked them for two hours, thinking I might need three given how much we had to load, and they finished in about one hour, a testament to their efficiency. Given all the various stresses inherent in a move, these guys made the loading aspect look 100% easy (which it is not). Valley Movers are HIGHLY recommended and I would love to hire them again for future moves.

Bryce and Mike was phenomenal. They handled my property with respect and care. I have delt with janky movers in my past, but I most definitely would hire them again. They were fast, efficient, didn't waste time, and never once did they try to abuse time to collect extra money. Fast, professional, courteous. They got everything into my POD with room to spare. I would definitely recommend this company. They were on time, prepared, gauged the situation including what I had to move, worked hard without a break, seemed careful. They packed my Victrola up with a furniture pad and remembered I had talked about it when I called and made the reservation. I would definitely use them again. The only caveat is that I paid for 3 hours work and they did it in 2 1/2 hours, I guess they could have asked if they could help me get the last of my things arranged/packed, but I'm not sure if that is part of the bargain. Just thought I'd mention it, because they could have helped me crush empty boxes for half an hour.
