Pros:
- On time
- Communicative about their arrival time
- VERY nice and conversive
Cons:
- They didn’t really come as prepared as I would have thought. For example, they used my tools (and accidentally took my pliers), my tape to secure furniture (which we then ran out of and they didn’t have any so I couldn’t close the remainder of my boxes properly), my bubble wrap
- they are slower than what I’ve experienced in the past.
- I had to tell them to wrap a bar cart with glass pieces
Overall: I would try another company in the future but wouldn’t be horribly upset if they were my only option

Great job, used every inch of the pod, and were done earlier than anticipated. Would definitely recommend. We'll be using them again.

They were eager to work but not trained properly for the job. This made them very slow which requireD us to pay for an extra hour. Did not have the equipment needed to move all of our items. They did the heavy lifting but we had to rearrange the packing.
They tried but were not efficient.

They did a good job at getting all my belongings into the truck. Was quit a task. Worked very hard and were pleasant to talk with. Both guys seemed to be very knowledgeable about packing the truck tight so it allowed minimal movement. A+ to the loaders on this move.

The crew did a great job taking care of the furniture unloading and placement in the house. They were quick and provided plenty of muscle to lift and manage the heaviest of furniture pieces.
Very polite, engaging, and interactive. They arrived in their promised arrival time (1 hour window). They finished quickly; however, I'll admit I overestimated how much time they would need.
