The guys were extremely professional in unloading my 26' box truck into my house. Placed the furniture and other stuff exactly where I wanted it. Cleaned up after themselves. Was able to complete job very quickly.

Great guys! They called and let me know they hit traffic and were about 15 minutes behind which was totally okay. All 3 showed up and did the job great! They were very gentle with our fruniture and stuff. Highly recommend!!

Walked off the job without a word. That's after they loaded a 2 gallon container filled with gasoline onto the container. For your safety and your sanity steer clear.
1) Crew was not allowed into the house for 30 to do an initial walkthrough.
2) Crew walked off the job AFTER consulting with Hire a Helper because you created a hostile environment by yelling and cursing at the crew and your husband.
3) When crew arrived, there were some items already loaded into one of the pods.
4) Crew loaded a little over half the pod and you yelled and cursed at them to take everything back out of the pod and into the garage. When the crew left, the pod was completely empty. Pictures of the empty pod were provided to Hire a Helper.
5) After they left, you called the crew, thinking you were calling Hire a Helper and told him nothing but lies about the crew.
No one should have to work under such conditions. Hire a Helper agreed and advised crew to leave and they were going to let you know.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact tge customer via call/text to confirm details of the move, such size of truck, POD, trailer etc. Grt information on contents of itrms being moved and if any assembly is needed of non new in box items.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Movers to fulfill the work order as efficiently and safely as possible with a good attitude.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have the necessary items to protect the belongings(i.e., moving pads/blankets, shrinkwrap unless requested for us to provide), be packed if we loading, be clear about what their needs and inform us any obstacles, if any.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled local, long distance, office moves, eviction removals and specialty items load/unload and delivery.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and having that brief time of engaging into their lives,while taking away the stress from them during the transition.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover learns proper use of dolly, providing protection, loading/unloading, disassembly/reassembly with a professional attitude.
