What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once you have booked with Moving Company Guys - we will reach out with a confirmation phone call as well as go over details of your move. We want to make sure that our guys show up well equipped so that your move is seamless without any added stress.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our guys will reach out to you on the day of your move to confirm time so that you be assured that you are on the days schedule. Once we have done that then about an hour before we arrive we will usually send a text letting you know that we are on the way and what to expect once we arrive!
What types of moves have you handled?
Moving Company Guys have handled every type of move you can imagine.... but our bread and butter is local - residential - moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being movers is the fact that we have the ability to help folks with an otherwise very stressful undertaking. We know that it takes a lot to pack up and move to a new place so when we bring our professional crews in and are able to help - its a great feeling!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our newly hired crew members must first watch a series of "How To Move" videos that we have put together that provide an overview on the basics of moving. These videos detail things such as preparing items to be moved, how to safely lift different items, as well as how to load items on a truck without damaging anything. Once they have completed the video training session then each new member is paired with a seasoned mover for on the job training until they become proficient in "All Things Moving".
