The guys were very nice and helpful and even gave recommendations on how to load our Pod. They did their job well.

Mequon arrived 30 minutes late, but was an excellent worker. He never stopped. He was polite, respectful and kind. The other 2 showed up 3 hours late. They were unwilling to stay until the job was completed and did not have the same work ethic. They didn't introduce themselves so I didn't catch their names. I was just so angry that I had asked to have movers show up in the morning, was given an arrival time of 8 - 9 a.m., and they were 3 hours late. Said they were given another assignment that morning. I had made it clear with the intake guy that I had the POD being picked up between 12 and 6 p.m. and needed the job done before then. Very irresponsible and NOT what I requested. Would never recommend going through Moving Staffers or Allstar Movers.

The gentleman assigned to assist us were personable and worked nonstop to unload our U-Pack units. They put everything as directed. it was a good experience. We fully recommend using their services.
