The two men who did the actual work were excellent--fast, efficient, careful, professional. They worked extremely hard, on a very hot day. My only complaint is with the communication with the front office. When I called to confirm, they had the time wrong, and they appear to have given some mixed-up information--not matching the online order--to the actual movers. But once we were in touch with the actual movers, things went smoothly. All's well that ends well.

These guys were fantastic! Efficient, friendly and very helpful. They were on time & even helped us position the moving truck in the alley! We were very very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

The two guys came on time and seem to work hard. However, at some point they got in an argument between them and it got pretty bad, one was physically pushing the other. The main guy (team leader) tried to handled it pretty professionally but the other guy scarred me.
When we got to the destination and I used a different company to unload us, they pointed out a few things:
1) the dressers were put on the truck sideways so some of the corners were chipped.
2) the bed was disassembled and the pieces were not taped together so it took the other movers 2 hours to figure out what bolts went where -again- incorrectly packing.
At the end there was some confusion about how much I had paid Hire a Helper. Not sure if it was intentional or they were trying to get me to release a higher payment but if I did not catch it I was going to be double charged.
Would probably not use them again unless this was my only option.
