The guys came about 15 minutes early than we fixed on phone a day before - fortunately, I was bit earlier than them opening the place and the truck. I was disappointed that they did not bring tools - I had confirmed with hireahelper and the company that they will bring tools and furniture dolly - they brought none. Fortunately, in my moving truck for some reason I had thought of keeping my tool box which helped. It was needed to assemble the furniture. The furniture assembly part was good and I cannot complain there. I had to help in moving and arranging otherwise task would not have completed - though I needed 2 hours, I booked 3 hours to be on a safer side. One of the helpers war quick and fast, other seemed to have given up after the first hour - so I had to fill in. Well it is human and I am not sure what the facts are, I do not wish to sound inhumane. The dining table seemed to have been damaged at one end, which I noticed after the move - though it is not broken, I will need to have someone come and refinish it. I have not opened items to inspect.
The guys were done 1/2 hour early - seemed only eager to leave, and one of the guys seemed totally exhausted, so I let them go. Infact, by this time one of the guys was actually expecting me to carry items to rooms which he carried from the truck. Also, I later had to fold the rented blankets and clean the truck myself. Was I satisfied, probably not to say above average for work - though I am definitely thankful for the help as I could not have done it myself and that these guys filled in for another company who cancelled at the last minute from hireahelper - though at a higher price!! And, this is my first attempt with hirehelper so I have no other comparison. I might actually try another service next time, just so I have a comparison.

Lee and Emmanuel were professional and polite. They were extremely patient with us while carrying heavy items that needed to be placed. Nothing was damaged and they were done in no time. I would recommend both of these men.
