- Service: work was supposed to begin between 1-2 pm however, the drivers went to the wrong address and commenced at 3:20 pm at the correct address.
- Prepardness: Hot day/had no water, not really sure if they had a dolly or hand truck they seem not to use one until I offered mine. They seemed a little tired already when they arrived and were gassed by the time they were done. This is hard work and they lifted everything by hand. Either way, they saw it through.
-Property and Goods: I saw them try their best to take care of my property, Just note you will need to provide your own blankets and tape to protect your goods because it is not provided. However, they did break a few things and dented my wall, and scraped my wood floors. I'll fix it, just want to note that.
-Use of service again, maybe not them $112/per hr (4hrs), however, I like the fact I was able to hire someone to help me. There was a language barrier, and that made it difficult to communicate with them at times, maybe I needed them to stop suddenly or I'm explaining something and they were not getting sometimes, however, we worked through it. Thanks I hope this helps in the future.
