Setting up the appointment was very easy on-line and they responded by phone within 5 minutes. They were to unpack my trailer starting at 10:00 a.m. However they called at 9:45 a.m.and said they were running 30 minutes late. That wasn't a problem and I appreciated the update. They arrived at 10:15 and immediately went to work. Furniture, including an antique china buffet and a grandfather clock were carefully and quickly unloaded. They made sure they were positioned correctly and even helped me get the grandfather clock level. I was concerned about getting an entertainment center into the master bedroom which has limited access. But, they quickly suggested an alternate way using the deck door to the master bedroom. I couldn't have ask for better service and the job was complete quicker than expected. No doubt I'll use them again.

Richard and Chris did a spectacular job of moving delicate furniture without my having provided any wrapping. Nothing was harmed and all my things arrived safely, having benefitted from Richard's thoughtful planning of where to place things.. These guys worked smart and steadily. They were totally respectful of my belongings. They both were totally nice and I would totally used again. Thank you both!

Unfortunately they were late due to a car problem and traveling from Salem OR they hit traffic entertaining Portland. They worked very hard, were polite and careful. They also helped to erect beds and large TVs, a major plus. They completed the job in 6hrs, quite an accomplishment for a 28' trailer. One minor disappointment was that an extra guy arrived 3 instead of 2 ordered. I didn't object but was charged + $90 ($15 /hr) for the extra guy and it worked out OK.

The gentlemen were on time and worked hard. They loaded the uhaul efficiently, followed us 2 miles to the new destination, and quickly unloaded it . We scheduled them for 3 hours but the job was completed in 2. This was our 2nd time using them and we will definitely us them again should the need arise.
