Once booked, customers receive a confirmation with their quote and move details. Our trained crew arrives on time, fully equipped to handle every aspect of the move with care. Furniture is wrapped, transported safely, and placed exactly where requested.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, our uniformed crew arrives on time with a fully equipped truck, protective materials, and all necessary tools. We lay floor protection at both locations, carefully wrap and pad all furniture, and secure every item for transport. At the destination, we place everything per your instructions and reassemble any furniture. A final walkthrough ensures nothing is missed before we leave
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We recommend customers have all personal items packed and labeled by room before our crew arrives. Clear pathways through the home, disassemble any small furniture if possible, and set aside essentials you will need immediately such as medications, chargers, and important documents. Secure a parking permit if required and confirm building access or elevator reservations in advance. Our team handles the rest.
