They began the day on time and were polite and courteous. I'm an elderly widow and explained immediately that I hadn't slept the night before and was tired already at 11 am, the scheduled start time. When the 2 young men were near the end of the job, they seemed to not care about anything but leaving.. I have an extensive library of books and more than several knick knacks that I value highly. A box marked fragile now sits at the bottom of a stack of boxes. The? boxes appear to have been thrown into the room and leave no way for me to get to them. I use a scooter to get around. The scooter was put together by one of the men, however the seat is somewhere in the pile of boxes. The scooter is in the entrance to my bedroom. My dining table, which I asked to be put together, is still in a corner behind a bunch of other things. I am going to have to hire someone to take everything out so I can begin to unpack my belongings. Over all I'm not sure what I should rate the young men because I still haven't assessed the possible damage to my belongings.

They did an excellent job and were always extremely professional. They were very prompt and were very prepared. They worked very hard and were respectful handleling me goods and my property. I would definitely use them again.

Eric, and his team were great! Very respectful. They arrived early, they helped take down a large TV that was wall mounted. Worked fast, and assisted us with anything we asked. We will be using them again!!

Steve and Spencer arrived on time and were very knowledgeable about how to pack the pod. They worked well together and were very respectful of my furnishings and my home. I would request them again when it is time to move my things out of the pod. Great job!

Eric and his crew did a great job. They showed up when they said they would. We had a challenged move due to the terrain and they completed the job in a timely manner even though we were dodging rain all day. Nothing was scratched or damaged and we had some heavy items!! Will definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will get a call from one of our staff to confirm there details of their move and to introduce ourselves as the moving company that will be doing the move for them. We will make sure we help figure the absolute best route to help our customer be fully prepared move day to save them time and money on their move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect us to show up to there home or place that we are doing work at for them, to prove our 5 ?? services. The can feel confident that our company and the people that work for the company take great pride in the work they do. Our movers will be fully prepared and trained to all give 5 ?? services to them.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
There’s many things that can be done to help the move go smooth, safe, efficient which will help the cost of the move significantly. Having as many things properly labeled and boxed up as possible, in similar size boxes to help reduced boxes being damaged. Having the closes and properly paved surface/path for a truck or container to back into safely to load or unload customers contains. The less steps we take to get to the truck or container will sure help cut the time down.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of doing our job as a mover is the satisfaction of getting out there in society and helping all different types of people with their moving needs. We take a ton of satisfaction in helping our customers move their furniture and items they can’t move or don’t want to move. The other plus is that it’s a gym membership that you get paid to do which is a huge plus to us ????????
What training do you provide your crew members?
We put our guys through a very detailed orientation training process to help them fully understand the way E&J Moving likes to do things. We have a training course that goes into safety for themselves with how properly lift items and different ways to move furniture properly. We also have safety courses that go through measures we have in place to protect our customers dwelling and belongings. We also have our guys trained in how to efficiently, quickly and safely get through each move safe and efficient.
