The movers took way too long! The items that were loaded and unloaded should not have taken nearly 10 hours. I’ve much larger moves loaded and unloaded, with 3 people, to a different state that did not take 10 hours. And did not cost $2,000!! It seemed like they movers were deliberately taking longer than what I prepaid for with this website. I will not recommend this business or this website and I warn ALL service members that I can come in contact with to stay away or they will be scammed!!

You may have been moved in less time, but you have never been moved with the same care and professionalism. And I stand by that you also left out that we moved an ENTIRE gym “room” from the 2nd level to the 2nd level at unload.
No hard feelings Jerry but to call this a scam is unfair. There are companies who really do scam people and charge a lot more than $160 per hour for a 3 man crew and a 4 bedroom house not to mention the 3 hours of ride time included for your job..you’re also not mentioning that you had a FULL weight set that you insisted be carried in a specific route that you chose.

We would highly recommend A+ Labor Solutions to anyone for any moving needs. They arrived on-time within the time window of our selection. The three-man crew took extreme care with every piece of heavy furniture. They took time to shrinkwrap each piece that needed it and added a blanket for extra protection, as needed. They made sure that doorways and walls did not get banged by heavy furniture that was being carried out of the former house and into a new house. They were very polite and respectful. Moving at anytime is a difficult task; however, A+ Labor Solutions made it an enjoyable experience.

One guy this was his first day had never done this before which explains why they were slow as molasses and I expressed this to Landon his response was I was just one review he had hundreds of customers
They lost my tv plug which they pulled out and couldn’t find after the move. Again the owner says people accuse us all the time and have to come back and apologize.
I never found my TV cord I had to replace it!

I would also like to add that our main focus is always moving your items with precaution and safety. Your belongings were moved safely nothing was damaged and ultimately that is our goal.
Also what was said on the phone is misconstrued. I said that people often think something is lost and end up finding it as they unpack.
Also offered to pay for your cord if you couldn’t find it and never heard anything. All the best Keisha. Please don’t be rude to anyone else because you were vocally rude to my crew. Thanks

The best thing I would say people can do is make sure everything is labeled and organized. The better the packing, the quicker the move.
What types of moves have you handled?
All sorts of moves ranging from offices to student apartments and small residential to 53ft semi trucks filled up with residential household furniture. Safes/pianos antique furniture as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Taking stress off of people in the most stressful time of their life.

Daily onsite training as well as group chats discussing jobs and preparing for jobs prior to move day.
