Steve, the owner, is non-responsive, does not follow up on his word. Excuse after excuse. Zero management skills. Promised he would pick up garbage that the movers put on my side yard. No follow up, nothing. Now the garbage is being rained on and is wet and sitting there deteriorating. I do not recommend.

there were issues with arrival time, but there were issues with the weather as well, it was discussed and agreed upon, nothing was ideal about the day so I have a hard time taking it out on anyone that can NOT control environmental situations as well as road conditions with troubles unforeseen, VERY nice crew, worked hard start to finish.

What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed thousands of local and long distance moves over the years including both residential and commercial moves. We are experienced in disassembling, reassembling, and transporting any type of piano( upright, baby grand and even grand). We can also move any items around in your home for you upon request.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I personally enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and I enjoy being able to travel to different locations that I haven’t visited before. Mostly, I enjoy hearing positive feedback from all of our wonderful customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are knowledgeable in wrapping & packaging household items as well as loading each container in a way that maximizes all available space!! In addition, all crew members are background checked and have at least 2 or more years of moving experience prior to starting with us.
