Overall they were good. They showed up on time and worked hard. They packed all my good furniture in blankets and plastic except the wood headboard for my bed. They didn't cover it at all and it was badly scratched and gouged. They said they felt bad and realized it was their fault. They suggested I have it fixed and offered $50 to help with repairs. I cannot get it repaired or replaced for that amount. I'm not happy with them.
