These guys showed up on-time and did a great job. They did not stop moving and we lived on the third floor in Texas. They did not drop a box and offered better ideas about how to pack my things into our trailer. I would recommend these guys to anybody and I would personally use them again. We did make our request for service on short notice and expected that they might not be able to make the time set for on the next day. They called to move it back an hour, which was fine, but then called again to move it back more. I pushed to get a specific time set later stating that the job needed to be completed before the end of day and that I wanted to leave room for extra time if they were unable to complete within the time frame specified. They did arrive at the time then designated. They worked hard and completed the job within the two-hour time frame - I think mostly because I had thought out the move in advance and had it lined out the order in which to perform the work. They did bring tools to dismantle and re-assemble desks but did not bring a dollie to move the heavy furniture.

They called in advance to let me know what time to expect them.
They arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the work within the time frame.

They showed up right on time and went straight to work. They were careful with all our things and made good use of the furniture pads to protect everything during transit. Each mover was hard working, professional, and courteous. The lead mover was an expert in packing the truck, which resulted in us needing only one truck instead of two. I highly recommend Superior Service and would gladly use them again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
