They were professional, accommodating, kind, and funny . . . very easy to work with. They didn't waste time and were even able to juggle a scheduling issue I had. They came in the middle of a snow emergency and below zero temperatures!! We were very grateful. The move went relatively smooth. The only negative We had is that they were 45 min late and did not call and they were a bit rough and rushed with our furniture. That may have just been due to the cold temperatures however and nothing was danaged. Overall, satisfied.
They were a little late (15 minutes) but called to let me know. They were prepared for the job and worked non stop. Totally respectful of my property and goods and were ever so patient with my moving things around! Very friendly and great attitudes. I would highly recommend them!
