I have a registered and insured moving and delivery company with a well experience team with over five years of moving, delivery and furniture assembly experience. I have been assembling IKEA furniture and furniture from other furniture stores for over three years. we also haul away all our junk/unwanted furniture and other waste. excellent tv mounting experience. we response really quickly and keep our promises. we are just what you are looking for. we also have the most experience pool table MOVING team, with over five years experience assembling and moving pool tables.

The team was great and efficient, however, beware of the "boss." The last box was not even put down and he immediately called me to pay for the additional hour I incurred. Harassing is more accurate, he refused to let me get off the phone until I paid right that second. It would have been nice to have 5 minutes to get a drink of water and maybe take a breath. Do not let this man bully you, regardless of how mentally and physically exhausted you might be from weeks of planning and packing, do not pay him until you make sure all of your belongings are accounted for.
Later that evening, I discovered two TVs and a monitor left at my previous residence. The "boss" lacks professionalism and compassion for his customers. The response I received was very flippant and dismissive. This man offered me $50 to compensate my time, gas, and tolls for the five-hour trip to get my belongings, which had been forgotten. According to the GSA standard rates, $240 is the total I should have been reimbursed.
I also contacted Hire a Helper to report the "boss" as he stopped responding and then came the dozens of excuses as to why he couldn't reimburse me, totally contradicting what Hire a Helper explained.
DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING IS ACCOUNTED FOR BEFORE PAYING ANY OVERAGES!!

This moving company means business!!!! I am hard to impress because I have moved with the military SEVERAL times throughout many years, but this moving company is the same high performance high caliber as the moving companies from years ago who babies your furniture, your walls and carpet. They are prompt, work hard and follow my wishes as to where I wanted everything. They also have an excellent eye as to what WILL fit in a space and what will not, which saved me a lot of time and trouble. Their prices are very reasonable, and the staff are respectful and friendly. If you are looking for movers with these qualities, pick these guys! You will not be sorry......

I didn’t hire movers to have to help them move the stuff out! They were really slow which is why I had to go to Home Depot to hire someone else to help. I wouldn’t use them again
There were 3 flights of stairs and a long walk ????? distance to load the truck. Movers had to dissemble and reassemble furniture.
All those were done in just 3.5hrs. I don't think the were slow the way you think.

Great job at a great price. The two movers were really nice and professional. Did an excellent job of wrapping the furniture for storage in a Pod (I supplied the materials because we will not be completing the move just yet). They also arranged everything so it would be safe when moved in the Pod. Highly recommend!

It was hard for me to decide on a rating, because on the one hand, once they arrived they unloaded my POD quickly and efficiently, even with the couple of heavy items I had. It ended up taking less than an hour and a half, which was great. If they’d gotten there on time, I would’ve given them 5 stars.
Unfortunately, they did not get there on time, and that is an understatement to say the least. I booked the 11 AM - 12 PM time slot and they didn't arrive until 4:43 PM, which was extremely frustrating. When I talked to someone around 8:40 this morning, they said the previous job might run over, which would’ve been understandable. But I know that’s not the only reason for the delay, because I got a call around 2:50 saying they’d be there in 10 minutes, and then a follow up a few minutes later saying that actually they were eating and I’d have to wait longer. As you can see, I ended up waiting almost 2 more hours after that for them to get there. Luckily I wasn’t on a time crunch, but I wanted to spend the day unpacking instead of sitting around waiting with nothing to do for almost 6 hours.
Last time I used HireAHelper I had exemplary service, but unfortunately the service provider I chose this time is probably not one I would use again. If I do, or if anyone else is going to, I would suggest choosing the earliest slot available so there’s less chance of delays.
