The moving day went very smooth. The movers were very pleasant, had good attitudes and worked diligently throughout the day. The administration of invoices and booking also went very smoothly. This company was great at communication. I would highly recommend these moving services to anybody.

On The Go Moving called the morning of service and said they would be late, arrived an hour later than scheduled. When they arrived, they smelled like they had been smoking weed. my whole house smelled like it. I had two pods that needed to be filled and had to be out of our home the next day, so I did have them pack the two containers. 45 minutes before my paid time was up, they wanted to leave early. I refused and had them finish out the 45 minutes and the job still was not completed. On The Go Moving, said they could come back later or the next day to complete, but with the issues I had, scratched floors, garage stairs torn up and me not knowing if my box of jewelry was placed in a pod after being asked not to, I would not recommend. I will update on the Jewlery once we unpack the pods in a week, fingers crossed it is in there. I called Hire a Helper, and I explained the issues which resulted in only a $60.00 credit and me having to hire another company to complete the job.
