Ivan and Chris took such good care of me starting by being very flexible and understanding of my changing time needs on the day. U-haul threw a hour and a half delay in my schedule that trickled into my selected time for my hire-a-helper team to show up. I explained the situation via text to Ivan who was so chill and accommodating, allowing a delay to their start time for me to finalize my packing and be ready for them when my 2 hour timeframe started. It was really easy communicating with the entire team! I moved a lot, and this was one of the least stressful because I had a professional team with intergrity who I could trust to work with.
