UPDATE TO MY INITIAL REVIEW:
I immediately received a text from the owner upon posting my review last night offering me refund for the job - "I don't mind refunding the complete order"; he then shared personal contact information of the client they were working for prior to my job in his text message to me showing me the client's address and phone number. I hope he is not sharing my personal information with other clients - that is concerning to me. I had not responded to his text offer to refund me the complete order as I have been busy at work today and now have received a text from him stating "My lawyer will be reaching out to sue for defamation. See you in court soon."
The day before the owner texted me asking to push my start time from 10am to 12pm and I graciously agreed to do so. When they didn't show up a little after 12pm I texted the owner to find out an update and got no response. Then I called the owner and he said he would check and let me know. I didn't hear back from him and had to text again asking what was going on. The workers called me a little over an hour later to say they were on their way. 20 minutes later still no workers. I texted owner again asking for a REAL ETA on their arrival and he called me and said they got stuck at the last job (a 2 hr job scheduled at the same time as my original 10am job they confirmed that I agreed to push 2 hrs) and told me he had no idea that time was a concern for me in when I agreed to let them start at 12pm instead of 10am. I got mad at him and he seemed annoyed that I was upset. I wasn't going to have a ride back to return my rental truck as a result of his blatant disregard for the start time he agreed to and then told me he didn't think I had any problem with whatever start time it ended up being. The workers were 3 very nice guys but were horrible movers and had no regard for care of my belongings. I don't have the nicest furniture mind you but they piled heavy things on top of light things, warping one of my coffee tables, for example. My IKEA dressers were damaged in the move, the leg on my son's bed frame was broken, and the list goes on and on. I did give each of the a gratuity for their effort and working as fast as they could to make up for the arrival time issue. I assume they work for gratuities and it was not their fault how the owner managed the double booking. They meant well but were just careless. I didn't report the damage to the owner because he already thought I was the one with a problem and I was sure he would do nothing about it. If my items were of more value, I would have pursued disputing the charge with my credit card company for sure. He called Hire a Helper and complained to them that I was mad at him so they called to see if everything was ok at the start of my move. I explained what happened and although Falls and Company wouldn't offer me any compensation for the inconvenience they caused me Hire a Helper did give me a partial refund for the poor service I received from Falls and Company. Hire a Helper is a great service to try to locate workers and I have used them before with fantastic results. I will use Hire a Helper again no questions asked but will certainly let anyone I know looking for help with a move to steer completely clear of Falls and Company.

Long story short, I wouldn't hire them to pack a lunchable in a brown paper bag. I called the owner Travon Falls five days prior to the job, he never returned my call. I finally spoke to him after his team had caused damage to my house. The packers were young, smelling like marijuana, didn't have a clue how to pack properly, not in uniform (then wanted to blame me for answering a survey stating they were not in uniform), job was incomplete! Travon asked me to complete the order and they would come back on Friday and only charge me $500 and asking me not to inform Hire A Helper of the deal. Well because they were not in uniform the company did an audit (again that was my fault) so Travon text me at 8pm to inform me that they will be canceling coming out on Friday to finish the job because I got them audited. He did offer to complete the job but at this point I was done with them. So I was left to hiring a different company( very professional company)
So I will be filing a complaint and warning you all to stay away from this company! I would NEVER use them again, their unprofessional, unprepared for the job, yes Hire a helper gave them some incorrect information however had Travon called me back and came out to see the job like a professional , ( prior to the day of service ) the first day ALL of this could have been avoided.

Joseph and James were exceptionally professional, friendly and kind - and they have the muscles needed to move everything! They were responsive to my needs and careful with all inventory, also inventive in finding ways to make things fit into the POD. I’m very grateful!

If I could leave a six star review, I would! The three gentlemen who packed up our POD were courteous, polite, and extremely efficient! They exceeded all of our expectations and were able to fit our whole house in one POD. I highly recommend them for any moving job! I’ve never seen young men work harder and be more professional! A job well done!!

If my company is hired you can expect the best work. We move at a great pace while guaranteeing a safe and clean move
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Preparing for moving day is pretty easy. We will just need boxes roughly near each other in each room if possible. Please let us know if stairs are present and any heavy items we need to prepare for. Please try not to have anything not going in the move in the way of the move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from apartments to assisted livings. We have a wide variety of experience
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being a mover is great because we are doing the work families can’t handle. We are a helping hand and we thrive off of helping others
What training do you provide your crew members?
Hands on training with experienced workers are required. We will never have a trainee or new employee on a job without someone with 2 or more years experience
