Customers self-packing must ensure all items, especially fragile boxes, are labeled and ready. Pets should be secured, and high-risk items like propane or combustibles must be excluded. Washers and refrigerators need to be fully drained, defrosted, and disconnected for easy wrapping and loading by movers.
