We called to confirm after booking and the day before the move because our move-out was so close to the sale closing of our home. There wasn't any issue with our conversation and the company confirmed the move appointment.
When the crew was late for our move we called the two contact numbers we had. One was no longer in service. Thankfully HH helped us rebook. One of us was on location the entire time and they obviously had our number so there is no chance we missed them.
I called the next day to see what may have happened-no answer during business hours. No one ever called us to apologize or explain either.

They were very courteous, polite and thoughtful. You would do well to send them as often as possible, you will not be disappointed. Really impressed with their work. Friendly, professional and did extra work (I had mistakenly put no stairs on our request, when there was one big flight of stairs). They got an incredible amount of work done in under 2 hours....my whole family was blown away. Highly recommend and will use again if the need arises!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have all loose items packed away, preferably in boxes labeled by room. Make room to access hard to reach or difficult to maneuver furniture items. Try to have all pets safely secured out of the way of the chaos.
What types of moves have you handled?
Mostly local moves, loading and unloading of pods, trucks, storage units, containers. Also capable of handling office/business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Moving is always stressful. Knowing that we help to make moving day a breeze brings a smile to our faces and joy in our hearts.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We are constantly training even our most experienced crew members, because no two jobs are the same. We are always evolving due to endless learning opportunities. New crew members ALWAYS go out on several jobs with our lead crew members before ever going on jobs on their own.
