Moving scheduled for 1- 2pm because they had another move before, and that was ok for us. They started at 2:09pm. It was a big moving, with 4 beds to disassembly and assembly and also a wardrobe to disassembly. The problem was that I ended paying more 5.5hours because just one of them did the disassembly and assembly. So , I was charged for around 2 extra hours for 3 helpers but just one were really working!! Be aware when they call you and tell you that is better having more helpers than more hours....
Good guys who arrived on time, moved my furniture quickly and efficiently. Not a scratch anywhere! Absolutely would hire them again.

Reggie was in contact with me the day before to discuss logistics. He confirmed my truck rental was with U-Haul saying they aren't known for overbooking their trucks. He had his crew there on time to move a full apartment from the 7th floor to the basement, using an elevator, walking up two flights of 8 steps to get to the ground level and the truck. The move out went great. I met them at the destination. The people receiving the contents did not shovel or clear the walkway and the entire area was covered in ice and snow. For the safety of his crew, Reggie explained he could move the furniture into the garage. We had to get the car in the uphill driveway moved out of the way to do that safely. The entire move went great. I'd definitely call them again.

They were here early, but notified me of the change via text. They brought dollys to help facilitate the move. They never took a break and moved everything faster and more efficiently than I imagined could have happened. Reggie did an amazing job packing the POD. I thought for sure we would need a lot more space and he managed to fit almost everything inside. It was incredible! I would highly recommend them for your next move. They were hard workers, made sure all my items were secure, and were pleasant and respectful. There is a reason they have such good reviews online! They earned them.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
We do not refund for any unused time.
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
