Moving scheduled for 1- 2pm because they had another move before, and that was ok for us. They started at 2:09pm. It was a big moving, with 4 beds to disassembly and assembly and also a wardrobe to disassembly. The problem was that I ended paying more 5.5hours because just one of them did the disassembly and assembly. So , I was charged for around 2 extra hours for 3 helpers but just one were really working!! Be aware when they call you and tell you that is better having more helpers than more hours....

Not a full disclosure. First, you booked for 11am. We had another job scheduled for arrival between 12-1. As explained on the phone, we moved you to a 1-2pm start to allow more time if you needed us (because who can move a 3br townhouse in 2 hours?). So we adjusted in your favor. We could have kept you at 11am and then left at 1pm, which works have left your move incomplete. Then the complaint would be "they left us without completing the move!!!!" Job was booked for a crew of 2 for 3 hours to move a 3BR townhouse (3 bedrooms, living room, dining room and basement. From experience, more hands moves things along faster. So, we recommended a crew of 3 for 2 hours. In addition to a large glass table and other large furniture and boxes, client had two simple beds (metal frame and headboard) which were no problem. However they also had a large 3 piece ikea wardrobe, and two of the more complex ikea beds. This was a load and unload from a townhouse with 3 floors to a 3BR apt 2 flights up. Client had a 15' truck which the crew loaded and unloaded TWICE and ran up and down two flights of stairs at each location for each load and unload. The stairs and move size was the reason for the crew size modification (2 men for a 3Br townhouse and basically 4 flights of stairs? No. We do not subject our crew to overwork and fatigue) . And every member of a crew isn't an ikea Specialist. On top of this all, the job was booked for 2 hours, we promise up to 1 additional hour. However we stayed to help move more at your request. I also mentioned that the ikea beds and wardrobe take alot of time. While one person, Reggie did the primary disassembly and reassembly, the other two moved items meanwhile then assisted him with reassembly on the more complex beds. At no point were they standing around for "2 extra hours". That said, if we sent two guys as requested, the job would have gone alot longer and there would still be someone waiting for the other to move large pieces and wait while one person or the other disassembled items. With a crew of 3, two guys can move larger items while one person packs the truck or disassemble/reassembles items. It's called efficiency and is typical with moving. That said. Thank you for hiring us albeit the complaint and unfair review after we worked for 7.5 hours straight without taking any breaks or dinner. And then after all our hard work and not one complaint, we get to see this. Wonderful. Enjoy your new home!

Reggie was in contact with me the day before to discuss logistics. He confirmed my truck rental was with U-Haul saying they aren't known for overbooking their trucks. He had his crew there on time to move a full apartment from the 7th floor to the basement, using an elevator, walking up two flights of 8 steps to get to the ground level and the truck. The move out went great. I met them at the destination. The people receiving the contents did not shovel or clear the walkway and the entire area was covered in ice and snow. For the safety of his crew, Reggie explained he could move the furniture into the garage. We had to get the car in the uphill driveway moved out of the way to do that safely. The entire move went great. I'd definitely call them again.

They were here early, but notified me of the change via text. They brought dollys to help facilitate the move. They never took a break and moved everything faster and more efficiently than I imagined could have happened. Reggie did an amazing job packing the POD. I thought for sure we would need a lot more space and he managed to fit almost everything inside. It was incredible! I would highly recommend them for your next move. They were hard workers, made sure all my items were secure, and were pleasant and respectful. There is a reason they have such good reviews online! They earned them.
