These guys were great. They were very careful with our furniture and were very courteous. . They worked at just the right speed. Absolutely no problems and would recommend them to anyone.
One comment for HireAHelper: I didn't realize I needed to contact HireAHelper to release the funds. I assumed when the charge appeared on my credit card that all was complete. I would recommend that HireAHelper change their policy to release the funds if you don't hear from the customer in 24 to 48 hours. I'm sure if a customer has a complaint, they will contact HireAHelper quickly.

Unfortunatelly I can't say to many good things about them. I checked reviews and the BBB rating and I thought I was making the right decision by going with My Guys moving. Well I was wrong, NO phone call to let me know they were going to be later than the 1 hour window allowed. When I called I was told another hour which turned into another 1 1/2 hour. By that time I had moved most of my stuff out of storage myself. Also they advertise that will bring bring rope which did not happen. I asked to put furniture in the back of the truck and then the boxes, which again was not done. Since nothing was organized or roped down everything shifted in the truck and when I unloaded the truck there was a lot of damage to boxes and Furniture. I had hired helped for the unloading as well and let's just say what a difference. Even they were shocked on how it was loaded and how much damage was done. I can not recommend this company at all.

These guys were AMAZING. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and worked quickly and diligently. Our entire apartment was packed and ready to go in under an hour. If I could I'd fly these three gentlemen to the other end of our move to help again.

Rashid and Walter were extremely professional. They arrived early to help us unload my storage unit and load furniture and boxes into a moving truck. They were prompt, well-organized, and respectful. Also, they helped us to navigate our truck as we left the unit. I definitely would use their services again.

They were amazing. I was 2 hours late because of traffic and other problems so they were accommodating. when they came they unloaded everything in 1 hour when it took close to 3 to load it all. Would highly use them again.
