My crew from My Guys Moving were late to the job by over an hour. I called Hire a Helper the service I used to connect to My Guys and they were great on calling and checking in with me about the late arrival. I had hired 4 workers, 3 had uniforms on and one had only a white Tshirt with black pants. The team leader was great at following directions from me and moving the job right along. Mr. White Tshirt was interested in his phone...he asked to take a break, and used the phone, then used it again by stepping outside, he was the first to their vehicle when the job was winding down. The other 3 guys were super hard working and very conscious of my belongings and the property. They were very polite. They not only emptied the storage container, but also built 2 end tables and a desk for me that had arrived to be assembled. I appreciated the work they did, and it was indeed worth the cost, which was on par with the competition. I would use Hire a Helper again and My Guys Moving Service.
