We had to move our company quickly, and with these gentlemen, they were the best choice. The rate of price, timely manner on which they moved all our stuff, taking desks apart, organizing the truck, loading and unloading. I am so Happy that we went with them. Rashad and the other young man were very pleasant. They were both strong, worked well together, and really easy to direct our needs to. I would definitely hire them again.

These guys are excellent. On-time, very pleasant, smart, careful, and very helpful. We had to improvise at a couple of points, and they adapted easily and without problem... I wish all helpers were this good, and strongly recommend!!

First, they never called to confirm the reservation, I had to call them. Second, they were upset about the "between 6 and 7" time that I chose. It wasn't a big deal, so I told them if they came later that's fine, just to let me know. They requested that I call them once I was close to the unloading site, but my phone was dying so I called them sooner, to let them know we won't be home any later than 6:30 and to plan for that arrival time. My phone died during the travel, though I was hoping they would be there by 6:30. They weren't. When I called to ask their whereabouts, Rashad said, "They are just leaving now, they will be there in an hour." They moved fairly slow in the beginning, but once they got to the boxes they moved a little quicker. The whole project was done within an hour so I tipped them $10 each which they probably spent on munchies on the ride home. Helpful hint: If you're a moving company, don't complain about Hartford rush hour when the people you're helping move just came from BOSTON!

They arrived on time and worked like crazy. They were polite and curtious, they were very careful with everything and nothing was damaged. One piece was very difficult to bring upstairs because of its size, they worked with me to find another way that was rather unconventional but effective. I give them 5 stars and will use them again... Thank you

What a pleasure! Rashad and Derek arrived right on time, called from their car 1st to ensure confidence and worked, and worked and worked some more. I booked them for 3 hours but should have known it would take longer. After 2 chock-a-block-full trips later, we finished. They handled themselves efficiently, intelligently and with the greatest professionalism. Rashad started his company 2-3 years ago and establishing its reputation was, and is, a primary focus. Totally customer focused, they worked non-stopfor 5 hours -- quietly, carefully and respectfully. They found space on the UHaul where there was none. I felt so comfortable and well cared-for - and I was a single female trying to move almost 1800 sq ft of house - using a 17' UHaul - alone. I would (and will) hire them again in a heartbeat. They also are available to move things within a house - something I will be calling them to do once I find my 1056 sq. ft new, little house! Call them!!!

They were ontime and prepared to do the job. Once they started it was all business and they worked their tails off. Boths guys were dragging by the end, but were still asking if they could take any more items. They were scheduled for four hours but let them go a few minutes early since they worked so hard.

We actually arrived 40 min late at the location because of the traffic. When we arrived the helpers were patiently waiting for us and started the work immediately. I had booked only for 2 hours, despite the late start they finished the job on time. Mr Rashad Smith and his crew did a wonderful job. They were careful with the furniture and boxes and each time asked where items should go.

They arrived 30 minutes late. We have expensive furnitures, leather sofas and mattress and therefore had requested for plastic wrap which they did not bring. They were very disrespectful of our property and goods. They threw our furniture on the snow outside. After they unloaded we found damage on every one of our furniture and also the property. The manager was unapologetic about what they did. Two of the movers were under the influence of alcohol. I will never use this company again.
