Very fast and organized. They loaded the truck with almost forty minutes to spare and got more in the truck safely than I even planned for.

The movers were very polite and communicated well to arrive early, but they did not properly secure items when moving things off the truck. They dropped multiple items, breaking things, and also leaving a trail of items for me to pick up between my apartment and the truck.

They did a fantastic job! Movers were on time, very nice, and careful with my belongings. They asked great questions throughout and specifically asked 'is there anything else you need help with' several times before we closed everything out.
I would positively use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

The reason I’m giving 3 stars and not 2 is because of the actual movers themselves. They were absolutely awesome. Courteous, considerate of our items, polite, and efficient. All star movers as a company... not so much. The contract was for two movers for two hours AND any additional time charged at $80/hr. 10 minutes before the end of the 2 hour block, all star called and said the movers had get to their next job and I needed to close out the job. There were still 2 dining sets, including table and chairs, a king size bed and frame, and about 30 bins/boxes in the house! The heavy furniture was the reason I hired the movers in the first place. Thankfully, the workers helped us out by getting the furniture into the truck before they were called again and told they had to leave. Then to top it off, after the movers had left, I got a call from the moving company saying I had to pay an additional fee for the two sets of stairs in my house, even though I made sure to clearly to add that in the description. I wouldn’t have minded if they had called ahead of time, but to call after the fact and after they made the movers leave without the job being finished, was off putting to say the least.
