Before packing for your move, consider making a list of services needed, such as items to be moved, required packing materials, disassembly/reassembly requests, and special handling for items like antiques or appliances. Best investment in my move process. We had three filled Pack-Rat PODS delivered to out new home. I was able to schedule the crew to come in to help with the final move. The crew was amazing, they moved 2 PODS worth of equipment was moved in 3 hours and they were so respectful of the new house and furniture being moved. Not a wall dinged, or piece dropped. They were a very well-oiled machine. Their biggest weakness was me being able to direct where each piece was to be moved as they moved so fast and efficient.

The 3 people from Little Justin's Moving worked hard the 2 hours including helping to pack boxes as well as put them in the Pods.
They moved all of the furniture we had hoped to get in the pod even though there was quite a bit of debris on the floor blocking their paths.
They also provided some suggestions to fill up the pod to prevent shifting of the load.
They worked the entire 2 hours without complaint.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from one of our professional customers service representatives.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving day, you will receive a call or text from one of our professional movers letting you know their ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival). Once the crew arrives, they will walk your residence and clarify what is being moved.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should know what will be leaving or staying the day of your move. If you want the time to move faster, have the boxes placed in a designated area with labels already on them. Also, having furniture disassembled will help the process move quicker. But we can certainly assist with disassembling and reassembling as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done everything from moving things from room to room to full service white glove moving. White glove moving means we will pack, label, disassemble, wrap, pad your things, load and unload them from start to finish.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love moving because we enjoy meeting new people and growing our family. After each move we all feel like family.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members do monthly training and each crew member has to train with a crew until they meet our training requirements so they can go on jobs safely.
