We hired 2 guys for 3 hours. They showed up on time but one of them left an hour later because his girlfriend was in their car. He was gone for about an hour and half. Worked for 5 minutes more and got back in his car.
Other guy worked hard but we hired 2 guys so we wouldn’t have to work or lift. Not the case. There was no respect for our belongings. Our bed laying in the parking lot, grease on our cream colored sofa and throwing our things around. The company did refund 1 hour but it was a horrible experience. The other guy even got angry and punched the wall of the truck.
Sometimes the cheaper is not worth it.

No crew showed on work day. I had to call to find out what was going on. Didn't mind having to reschedule the next day. Just not pleased that there was no communication. The crew was great and worked hard. Just keep customers informed. Even if it's bad news. Half the frustration with anything is no communication! Again, the crew Reese and Arrion? Were hard workers!

One guy showed up and was awesome, the second guy came very late (after I had to do the entire move with the first guy). So basically I paid for 1 mover for 2 hours, and I had to help almost the entire time

The movers were punctual and hard-working. I called them to rearrange several items in a residence, and they took care of everything quickly.
I appreciated that they were proactive. They anticipated that the sofa bed wouldn't fit through the door, and they addressed the issue by detaching the legs (which they later reattached). I didn't realize that was possible for that sofa bed model.
Also the residence had a tight staircase which they navigated without issue -- they made it look easy, though I know it wasn't.

I would highly recommend them if you need help with unloading or loading a container, moving truck or your car! Very experienced and extremely considerate of ensuring they don’t damage walls or stairs or floors. They are efficient and quick, but want to make sure they are putting everything where you want. If you’re either moving to St. Louis or relocating, you should consider them first, you won’t be disappointed.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container

We have handled every type of move. Local, long distance, office, warehouse, pods, trucks, containers, home rearranging, tractor trailers as well
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials. Our movers are very highly experienced & have been proven in the field
