Jeff and Angel, absolute professionals. The service was beyond what I expected. They were right on time, got right to work, some of the most respectful workers I have encountered not only to my property but also to me. I would absolutely request these gentlemen again for any moving I might have.

They contacted us the day before the move to confirm and also the day of to let us know they’d be about 45 mins late. The late arrival was not a bother to us but could be an issue for someone on a time crunch. The two young guys that cane were very nice, worked hard, seemed to know what they were doing, and did everything we asked of them. My husband did catch one of the guys texting while he was outside and said something about it. I would use them again because of their performance and price.

Went above and beyond both guys were fantastic and had sense of humor which was really needed with a stressful move with a hand I cap wife. Really busted the job out at the same time. My advice to Billy at smart move is to give them raises so he does not lose them.

We had the BEST moving experience with our assigned movers, Angel and Koran (sp?) - they were EXTREMELY careful and methodical in moving our furniture, with several pieces of our furniture being one of a kind antiques. They followed our requests in positioning the furniture in our new home with the upmost of respect. Angel and Koran were so kind and courteous, we cannot say enough good things about them! Courteous, helpful, and flexible. Karon and Jimmy Lee work well together. They are careful and respectful of your belongings. We had a flooded rental and had to be out quickly. They helped us out of a tough spot by moving quickly but carefully. I would highly recommend them! Awesome job! We will use them again.

I had a great experience with Smart Move. Chris and his colleague were on time (they knocked on my door at 10:00 am sharp) and they were very professional. They managed the time well and completed the job within the 3 hour window I booked. They efficiently utilised the space in 16 ft PODS container and neatly packed up my 1 bedroom apartment with room to spare. I would highly recommend them.
