Not giving this company five stars, I would give Angel and his crew ten stars if I could. Fantastic experience at a very stressful time. Angel (owner of the company) called me the night before the move and inquired about any problem pieces of furniture and logistics of moving said furniture. The next day he and his crew arrived early, I gave them a quick tour of the house and what was being moved. As I was doing this he was advising his crew on what pieces they would be moving first and how to bring them downstairs and where they would be placed in the packrat.
Once we concluded the tour they immediately started to work. I could hear Angel briefing his crew as they removed the heaviest and most awkward piece of furniture from the second floor down a staircase with a sharp turn. They did an awesome job, nobody got hurt, and no damage to the furniture or the house.
From then on they turned it up and got the packrat filled in a timely and safe manner. The packrat was packed so tightly I don't think they could have gotten an envelope in it.
Angel and his crew were on time, courteous, professional, and I would absolutely hire them again.

Absolutely amazing job! The level of efficiency and organization was spectacular. The two movers who helped us back the truck wonderfully to make sure everything was safe. They were professional and personable. I will be using them again if I need movers. You will not be disappointed!

Angel and his crew did a great job. Angel was terrific about communicating from day 1. They worked hard, fast and efficiently.
They also took great care not to damage anything, including scratching any of the wood flooring. I would highly recommend Route Runners.

A courtesy call to get specifics, proper equipment for any moving task and organized.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Confirm their appointment time frames, clear the driveway/garage for logistic reasons, lock up and pets and proved all details about property (gate codes, stairs etc.)
What types of moves have you handled?
We have provided moving services for 1 bedroom apartments local and long distance up to 3 bedroom homes. Small commercial moves from business to storage units.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Giving the customer a stress free experience.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We load and pack box trucks with junk to practice stacking and loading efficiency. Study proper lifting techniques and provide proper moving equipment such as dollys, hand trucks etc.
