This team was awesome! Extremely kind, proficient, and hard working! Unfortunately it was crazy hot today but they still got the job done as quick as they could. They were extremely considerate and cautious with both loading and unloading my items. Great communication! They were even willing to help me mount my TV but unfortunately I didn't have the correct installation equipment. They went above and beyond in my opinion.

They arrived 2-hours later than scheduled after coming from another job. I found out when I called to ask where they were. For this service they were packing what I hadn’t already finished. They kept stopping to ask what needed to be packed and how I’d like it packed, multiple times in each room. This required me to direct and supervise much more than I imagined I should. I felt I couldn’t really do any packing myself because I had to stop to answer their questions. They worked okay when I was directing them, but didn’t make much progress if I left to something else. That 2 of 3 of them asked if they could use my cell phone charger made me think them being on their phones was taking away from the time I was paying for. No room was completely boxed up and i had to go back and finish packing what they left. They were respectful enough of my property when packing, but the quality was less than I’ve received with full service packers. Overall, I guess I got what I paid for. But the estimate I got for the hours it would take was grissly underestimated and about 1/3 -1/4 of what it really would have taken had I not packed most of the house myself.

I booked four hours for our three-bedroom apartment to be packed in a pod with two movers. I paid extra for our kitchen wares to be packed. I called in advance and asked what would need to be provided, and I purchased bubble wrap, packing paper, tape, and so on. The movers arrived on time and I showed them what furniture was to be packed in our Pod, and showed them the kitchen materials and packing material. When I came back inside after saying goodbye to my wife, one of the movers complained to me that they were not expecting to pack anything for us. I was confused and told him that I had paid extra for that service. He seemed confused but said "that's ok then." Unfortunately, when I saw how they were packing our kitchen materials, they were just throwing stuff in boxes. Glassware was on the bottom of the box with no packing paper or protection *at all.* When I saw them attempting to tape a clearly damaged (heavily torn) box to pack, I told them I would pack the kitchen wares myself. I actually later had to go into my pod to remove any kitchen boxes I could find and repack them. This ended up meaning I almost missed the deadline for moveout because of the amount of time I needed to spend carefully packing our materials.
I also provided a cover for my mattress which they just ignored. They did the same thing with the static cover for the TV, though they did bubble wrap it. As time went on, they began to suggest that the pod was running out of space and certain things would have to be sacrificed. We gave up our couch, which we were not especially fond of, anyway. But the pod was not packed to the top or anywhere near the top. There was plenty of space in the back of the pod, so that I was actually able to pack all of my kitchen boxes into it myself.
The movers (particularly the older gentleman) were relatively polite and friendly, and I don't like leaving a negative review. But given the price and the importance of the material being packed, I am not at all happy with the service provided. The movers seemed completely unaware of the nature of the request, which I had confirmed over the phone, and packed things in a way that left large empty spaces in the pod so that I am very concerned about the integrity of our belongings. I would very much appreciate compensation and further support for this. I would have been better off simply packing everything myself rather than thinking that I was hiring a service to do so only to be left hanging at the last moment.

The team was friendly and overall did a good job. However, they arrived about 90 minutes late, which caused some inconvenience. While they worked efficiently, more care could have been taken when handling items, a few pieces ended up with scratches, chipped paint on the ceiling, and some marks on the floor. They also didn’t bring basic moving supplies like blankets or wrapping materials, which would have helped protect our belongings. Despite these issues, they were polite and worked steadily once they arrived.
