With 3 PODS to onloaf over a weeks period of time we were so fortunate to have had the help from both Hire a Helper and also Let’s Get Moving. We were able to reschedule times very easily when we received definitive times for the arrival of the PODS and the guys were great not only to move everything but to assemble the furniture too! Jordan was super helpful and polite. Did my full move over 2 days and did a great job. He and his helper made quick work of my 2 full pods placing furniture and replacing furniture to my wife’s pleasure. Love the flexibility and ease of using hire a helper and will definitely recommend and use again.

Workers didn't follow instructions, came late, and didn't have any type of protections for covid and protections for my carpet. Workers started at 1210p and finished 250p but still charged me for another 30mins, supposedly my first 3hours are fully paid. I will not use this company's services again

They arrived 45 minutes late without notifying us about the delay, and that was after receiving notification a few hours prior that "instead of 3 movers, there will only be 2 movers, as the third person was in a car accident this morning".
They did not wrap any of the furniture or appliances, which resulted in dirty furniture upholstery and mattresses, and deep scratches in the 6 month old washer and dryer.
I will say that the 2 men worked very hard and quickly, and were respectful. They got the job done, with some collateral damage.
6 months prior I had different movers who wrapped everything and in retrospect, I should have used them again for this move.

Jordan is a Tetris master! A spacial Jedi! My anxiety was about the bulk, and with a few exceptions, it is in!
You gotta know a 16’ container is 3 hours, it just is. But they were motivated and so was I. They were so efficient and calm, it made me calm. And I appreciated their efforts to socially distance and wear masks. Couldn’t have been easy while moving and lifting heavy items. Well done!

Perfect! Showed up early, was able to get some heavy furniture up a difficult twisty case of stairs with no damage highly recommended!
