I do not even think that this is a legitimate company. Texted and phoned Lewis, the owner, at the provided phone number 45 minutes after they were supposed to have arrived, no answer. Called "alternate" number and he finally answered, would not acknowledge that it was the company, asked what I wanted with Lewis. THEN admitted that it was him and he had not even left yet and was 45 minutes away and had to "swing by a friend's house" to have a timing belt installed on his car so he could come. ??? At that point, I wanted nothing to do with him or his "company". Called HireAHelper and they arranged for another company to come and assist. I am skeptical as to how much "vetting" is done with these contractors if this Livewire Moving Services is an approved provider.
