The two men who showed up were both very nice and respectful. However, they showed up with no dolly, lifting equipment, and it was apparent they did not know how to pack a U-Haul. Things were just haphazardly placed and they were very slow at that. They did not make use of the provided furniture pads either. Overall, nice guys but not efficient movers.

The guys who came to help me load and unload my moving truck were great (From Smooth Movers - Mr. Vick and Mr. Jimmy)- very efficient and friendly, professional, willing to work and had a system down that worked for them. Packed the truck well - I didn't have any damaged items in the move - smart packers.
My complaint is with the payment system - I requested 4 hours ahead of time because I wasn't sure how quickly we would be done with everything. Well, we finished loading and unloading in 3 hours instead of 4. I tipped each of them and would have regardless of how long they had been there. I had to pay for 4 hours even though there just 3 hours of work done and when I read the small print - I wouldn't get my money back for the last hour. They charge you for the day before. Apparently, charging you for what you pre-booked is the amount you pay for. Which, I don't understand. Why should I have to pay for an hour of labor that I didn't get? If I had to do it over again, I would go straight to Smooth Movers instead of hiring through hire a helper to avoid the extra fees.

They worked very hard. Very polite and was able to make small talk with the both of them. They did not stop or complain about anything. They took direction very well. They were 15mins late but I get it with the traffic in the Atlanta area you can never plan for the unexpected things. I would recommend making sure to ask if the owner had a wheel dolly or mention to bring one. Lucky a neighbor was home and had one to move the heavy things. They were also very flexible on moving my times around seeing my PODS did not show up on time. Keep up the great job guys and I would recommend you guys in a heart beat

This team was hired at the last minute to handle a big job. They arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

They worked fast and able to move everything we needed. There were some bumps to the wall and scratches on the furniture. We usually move ourselves so don’t know if that comes with hiring movers.

Both gentlemen that showed up to pack my moving truck were personable and they packed the truck so that none of the items shifted during the drive. They showed up between the time period I was given and called me to let me know when they were actually headed my way. I appreciate that none of my items ended up damaged and the walls and floor of the home I was moving from remained free of damage.
