The young men were very professional and would not let me tou h anything while they unloaded. They let me know other skills they were handy at, in case I needed. My truck was u loaded in time. I would reccomend them.

They arrived on time, acting in a professional manner, and were courteous. They did not use pads provided on several pieces of my furniture which caused scratches. They also damaged several pieces a furniture and destroyed if 60 year old sewing machine. They took no responsibility for the damage caused and simply suggested I file a claim through hire a helper. They did not acknowledged the Damage Done and I did not realize my items were damaged until the second company unloaded my truck at my new address.
they worked hard but were irresponsible. I expected them to take better care of my Priceless items. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them to move things of value.

I hired four movers for four hours. Mine was a tricky move - three story townhouse moving into a POD storage container. I had to reschedule twice because of rain (wet furniture in a POD will mildew). Smooth Movers were very accommodating and easy to work with. On moving day, the movers were actually a bit late but I was kept up to date as to when they would arrive and Smooth Movers even sent another moving team to my house while we waited for the assigned team. That was great customer service! My four movers were super polite, efficient, and hard working. They did everything I asked of them cheerfully and professionally. I’ll be hiring then again to unload the POD once I close on my new house. I highly recommend them!

Very happy with both movers. Arrived on time and moved efficiently to for the two hours I hired them for. They packed my truck for a move up to Pennsylvania and they did a very very good job! Not one single box moved and nothing was broken! I had a lot of crystal and they took very good care of everything like it was their own???? I would def hire them again! Thanks guys!! ????????????

I would definitely recommend this company if are looking to move in/out of your house. My hubby and I utilized their services to help us move our stuff into our new house. Nathan ACTUALLY answered his phone at 7am the day of the move. I was calling him as I wanted to reschedule because of rain. (Noone wants their stuff rained down upon.)
Just for him to answer the phone THAT EARLY was AMAZING to me as most times a person will just hit “ignore” and then call back at a later time. The Service didn’t stop there....so I told him that we could do Sunday but not Monday as he did offer that. Later on that same day in the afternoon, he texts me and asks if he can send his team over to our new house at 6p or 6:30p THAT SAME DAY. My hubby and I were expecting Sunday morning, but to be able to get it done that same day after the rain stopped was incredible! We said yes they can come on by. 2 hours later they were done with 2 20 foot Uhaul trucks!.?? They worked very quickly and efficiently and nothing was broken in the process. They listened to us when it came to place things in certain rooms as well. We thought that everyone worked very well together and that everyone was very polite. We did not have anything put together or set up as we wanted to do that ourselves. Smooth Movers did an excellent job and as a client of theirs with also being a realtor, I will refer their services to future clients as well.
