I would not recommend. They moved the lightest stuff first. Keep getting on the phone. Was told they would have tools to take the bed apart. Had nothing I started taking the bed apart myself. Was told my 2 hours was up and left. When I set up the appointment I was told 189.00 for the first 2 hours and 65.00 a hour after that. They told me they had another appointment. I wish they would have said something. Had all my stuff I could have easily moved myself on the first floor and all the things that took 2 people on second

My moves went perfectly with Showtime! I used them to unload 2 recent moves and they were totally professional, fast, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. They were great! Showed up on time and worked hard for the full two hours. Paid for two helpers and ended up with four which was awesome! They were careful with my stuff and managed to fit everything into my truck which i definitely would not have been able to do on my own. One of the movers even backed our uhaul into the ally for us to make loading easier, since we are new to driving trucks and couldnt maneuver it in ourselves. Everyone had masks and everything went smoothly. I really appreciated the help!

I got lucky. ShowTime Movers went above and beyond to help me and did a great job. Any issues that occurred during the move I take responsibility for. I was having items loaded into a pod and it must be done a certain way. There was a miscommunication with the assistant mover, not the managing person, and some items were not realized till too late and could not be safely loaded. I wasn't managing the move properly myself so I just gave the items away. They had already stayed past the time, I was not gonna unpack ANYTHING to make a large mirror etc. fit. I was so happy all significant items were made to fit in there... Calvin can PACK!
Calvin is a godsend and so professional. He soothed my nerves about working with a pod. The pod messed up my schedule and Calvin transformed my high stress situation. This man took it upon himself to adjust in a way that resolved the issue. It was not his problem but because I was his client, he took it on.
He performed a walk-through prior to the move to ease my worry that items could fit in the pod (1st timer). He and his assistant showed up early. The pod was 30 min late, yet they began movement immediately. No idle standing at ALL. This attitude gave my sleepless self life.
When I unpacked my pod (across country) things were intact. Not only was packing great, but they had hearts of gold and were helpful, supportive, and professional. They simply care about their client and their client's belongings. I have already referred them to a friend. I used them over and over if I was still in state.
Learned: 1. Do an additional, or a walk-through day of with the ENTIRE team if you have any special needs 2. manage and be present if there is an order breakables etc. need to be loaded.

These guys were amazing! They brought their own furniture dolly and box Dolley (I don't think this is standard) and they were SUPER fast. Moved my entire 1 bedroom apartment in 3 hours!! Super nice and wore masks the entire time. HIGHLY Recommend.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
I like to follow up with all my customers to make sure you were taken care of professionally .
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will perform a walkthrough to make sure we know everything before we load or unload your belongings carefully.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure you have enough pads or protection and labels are a plus if were doing a load and unload we'll know excatly where things go without us asking.
