What can a customer expect after booking with you?

A speedy call back within 24 hours confirming that all input details on the job and schedule are correct. As well as details about the items you are most concerned about or that are the most at risk for breakage. This allows us to communicate with our team which items they need to take extra precautions to support while carrying them to the truck, loading them, and transporting them.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A team of smiling faces that have experience dealing with customers in a professional and kind manner. Our team understands that moving is stressful and hectic, they also understand that a part of their job is to do their part in minimizing that stress and working efficiently to get our clients moved in and out as safely and efficiently as possible.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

If we are not packing for you we will need all packing to be fully completed before we arrive. It is chaotic and time consuming for our staff to have to navigate around people and items being prepped to be put into boxes and could end up taking more time and leading to higher costs. All appliances need to be both emptied of any food or liquids, unplugged, and left open for 48 hours. Refrigerators and freezers both hold condensation that can leak out and damage other items in the truck during transport.

What types of moves have you handled?

We specialize in local moves in Eastern North Carolina, however we also love helping our clients get new starts in different states all across our great nation. We are located right outside of Camp Lejeune and are truly honored to help our service members serve our country well while they look to new opportunities after getting transferred to any base here in the continental United States and Alaska. We also have fantastic relationships with local businesses and love when they ask us to move their business!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

We love the deep breath that our clients let out after we finish loading up their new home with their belongings!! Getting a new start is hard and often scary. All of our staff are proud to work hard to give you a good impression of the new chapter you’ve opened for you, your family or your business!

What training do you provide your crew members?

Our crew is trained on every aspect of moving. Packing, Labeling boxes with both the contents of the box as well as which tier level to load it in on the truck, Driving regulations, specialty items such as large safes and lawn care equipment, the list goes on and on!
