Did not load the truck to my specifications kept taking breaks and broke the glass on my Italian curio cabinet buy stacking heavy items on the glass very unprofessional
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were not happy with your moving experience. We would like to clarify the situation. Our crew double wrapped your curio cabinet in blankets to ensure it would not get broken and it was put to the side of the truck so that nothing could be stacked on top of it. The crew did take a break as it was over 110 degrees but you were not charged for that break as they stayed over the two hours that you paid for to make sure your all items were loaded on the truck and the job was done. When we confirmed the moving service prior to the 4th, you were asked if you needed any packing supplies and declined them. The truck was packed efficient and was full. However, the lack of items not packed in appropriate materials made it harder to pack a truck tight. While we strive to make every customer happy, sometimes circumstances prevent us from achieving that goal.

All crewmembers were Dominic, Kobe, and Tristan we’re all great. Showed a lot of care for my items and the house and we’re very efficient.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The 2 men were constantly moving. Never taking a break. Would always ask, where do you want this box. They did the move in portion of the move in NC in 105 degree weather. They lifted heavy items. No dolly's, carts or strapped were used. Friendly men. You will be happy with them.

Great job moving everything within the allotted time given....very courteous and professional....if I have to I would use Smart Move again...only regret is I didn't know they accept gratuities or I would've tipped.

Alexis Yasion did an amazing job getting all my stuff into the really small storage unit I have. They were both very kind and helpful. We had to work out some paperwork issues which was mostly my fault and Alicia worked well with me getting the issue resolved. Highly recommend these two

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
