The movers arrived on time as scheduled and were quick to get started. Items were moved in an efficient manner without being damaged. I would recommend them and would use them again.

The two young men who came to do the heavy lifting for our move were good workers and were polite. They did not, however, have a clue about how to load a truck efficiently. By the time I realized there was a problem the truck was half loaded. Instead of placing the heavier items up front, they put the beds in first and did not utilize the space correctly. We ended up with the heavy items in the middle of the truck and wasted about 20% of the available space up front. We eventually ran out of space in a 26' ft truck and had to leave some items in storage, rent a smaller truck and make a second trip (from 225 miles away). By the time we paid for storage and made the second trip our total cost was almost doubled.

They arrived within their time window but they were very unprofessional. They fell over with my armoire, causing damage, with no apologies. My furniture was put into my u-haul in an appropriate amount of time, but with no care (jammed in, furniture face down on unprotected floor). The two movers appeared to be under the influence of something and one of the men sat down on the inside of my truck after finishing loading and smoked a cigarette. I don’t smoke and don’t want that smell on my things. Their boss was very unhelpful during the payment release process. He wasn’t physically there, but I talked to him on the phone to let him know his guys were finished. He wasn’t sure how to get in touch with hired helpers during after hours (my move was in the evening) and told me that he could not let his guys go unless payment was released and I needed to figure it out.
