Taking into consideration they had NO: hand tools for disassembly, plastic wrap, furniture dolly, hand truck(s) or rope - AS I REQUESTED WITH THE ORDER, they did a good job. They were on time and ready to start working! Because they didn't have the necessary tools their management should have provided them with to get the job done safely, promptly and respectfully, they had to work much harder to get the job done. Note to Management: "Work smarter - not harder!"

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First if pre- packing items up pls make sure that it fragile items are security pack and wrap individually and labeled on the box as fragile and that every box or item is labeled with which room you would like that particular box item or piece of furniture. That makes for a smoothmove

We are big on the little things which leads to being able to successfully handle the bigger moves. How to treat ever move as if it was our owe move to a new home or office. Paying attention to the all detials makes for a smooth move
